Hailing from the Lincoln Heights division of Cincinnati, Lit Lyk Looney, formerly known as Looney Tha Prablum, moved to Louisville, Ky. After serving a short stay in a detention facility for various criminal violations. Looney dropped out of school and got involved in the streets.

Always having had a passion for music, Looney started producing beats. During his time producing music, Looney learned the technique of putting his words together. At 17, he released his first mixtape, "Bullshxt & Bubble Gum."

Looney began working with various artists such as Dom B, Pronoun, Jef Jon Sin, and Tay All Day while developing his sound. Simultaneously Looney started a career in battle rap performing all across the United States in battle leagues such as Dope 16, BBBL, Black Ice Cartel, Gates of the Garden & Lyrical Kombat.

After performing across the country in various venues, Lit Lyk Looney put an end to a 3-year hiatus from releasing music with the release of his debut, "The LIT Factor" on July 28th.
