My Own Obsessions

Little White Lies is one of the most interesting bands in Poland. They play rock’n’roll with elements of garage and psychedelic rock. The group was founded in Łódź by vocalist Kasia Katee Krenc and guitarist and vocalist Zbyszek Krenc, later joined by drummer Piotr Gwadera (L.Stadt, Mister D.)

Their debut album ‘Devils in Disguise’, released in 2012 on FYH!Records, was met with enthusiastic reviews and the band got a lot of media attention. The first success came with the win in the contest ‘Łódzka Płyta Roku (The Best Lodz Album) in 2012 organized by Gazeta Wyborcza Co Jest Grane.
Right after that, Little White Lies released EP ‘In Word and Deed’.
Around the same time, they were invited to play live in ‘Offensywa’ on Polish national radio station Trójka and they took part in a video session organized by OtwARTa Scena and Radio Łódź. They also decided to rise funds for their second album on the crowdfunding platform MegaTotal.pl. They reached their funding goal in less then two weeks.
They were chosen ‘The Best Band of 2013’ in the poll ‘Plastry Kultury’.
At the end of 2014 their second album ‘Days of Chaos’ was released on MegaTotal.pl. It managed to secure even better reviews then the debut and for the second time it was hailed as ‘Łódzka Płyta Roku’ (The Best Lodz Album) in 2014. 
The band played numerous concerts in Poland, including Heineken Open’er Festival and Soundrive Festival.
