The house that was growing, 
while you were cooking,
had too much concrete,
too many doors  and 
too many crevices
to become a home.

It had too many walls,
against which anger and sadness were banging,
without being flushed through the drain.

The silence of long afternoons,
needles knitting by themselves,
chamber pots motionless under the beds. 

There were no blankets woollen enough
to cover the winter evenings
and mornings that followed.

The switched on lights were signals falling through.
Slides of words were bouncing off big heavy carpets
like dust
on the floor.

A couple of weeks ago, the thumbnail of the track "Everything In Color" by @jm_inc intrigued me, it seemed eerily familiar. Then, after listening to that track, I knew why:  J.M. INC. took samples from a 1950s footage of an LSD experiment and did an awesome job creating a track from that.

Funny enough, I previously took the same video and incorporated it into one of my jam sessions. After a brief discussion about this with J.M. INC., I decided to re-upload that track of mine. As a homage to J.M. INC., a fellow artist and a great musical mind, I named this track similar to his, though using the British English spelling.

However, I made slight modifications to my original audio, like noise reduction (the original samples were quite noisy) and a touch of soft limiting (a technique I wasn't using back then and that I am using only sporadically now). As always, the result is raw and highly dynamic in nature, so put on your favourite headphones and turn up that volume knob, because the Loudness War is for losers!
