We are proud to present our 52nd release which brings to your attention Argentinean producer Maxi Degrassi with his "Go Ahead" EP.
The release is composed out of two original tracks, "Go Ahead" and "San Telmo", as well as remix from two British producers, Sam Pauli and Paul Nolan, and another one done by an up-and-coming young Argentinean producer Exe Bunge

Maxi Degrassi is a DJ and a producer hailing from Buenos Aires. He has released his music on labels such as Crossfrointer Audio, Sudbeat, Dushe Label and Clinique Recordings. His style is characterized by a combination of progressive and deep house, beautiful melodies, and dance grooves. 

Sam Pauli is back on Submarine Vibes after he released his Gestalt EP in 2016. This time, Chapter 24 Records co-founder, Sam Pauli (Chapter 24, Motek), in collab with Paul Nolan (Chapter 24 Reco rds) brings us an amazing progressive rework of the original track. In the past few years, Sam Pauli and Paul Nolan cooperated with artists such as Jonas Saalbach, Miyagi, Sam Goku, Luke Garcia, Stevie R and Olivier Weiter. They also established remarkable record label called Chapter 24 Records which became the host for the biggest names in the melodic techno music scene.

Exe Bunge is a talented DJ from Argentina who is part of the Paradigma agency. He has gained a respected spot in Buenos Aires' underground scene in the last few years playing music alongside artists such as Agents Of Time, BOg, Miss Melera, Ben Pearce and Pablo Bolivar

We're delighted to welcome Greek producer Anber to Ready Mix Records for release number 224, comprising 3 original tracks plus remixes from Soire, Kiano and Kaan Koray.

Creating his own flavor of chilled electronic music with a global twist, Anber has previously released on Shango, Exotic Refreshment and Art Vibes Music among others.

Opening cut 'Charisma' combines Eastern strings and percussion with a deliberate, pulsing groove and a heavy bass-drone for satisfying musical meditation. 

Soire (aka Moe Turk) introduces a slightly Housier rhythm pattern, lush chords and a deep bass-line to 'Charisma', letting Anber's original strings provide a sumptuous, albeit distant, backdrop.

'Eikones' heads into more dramatic territory with insistent synths and a heavy kick leading the way into swirling North African atmospheres, building to a heady crescendo. 

Croatian beat-maker Kiano turns in a rolling Afro club version of 'Eikones', purring with class.

Finally, 'Karma' rounds off the package nicely with a straight-up rhythm pattern, mysterious Eastern synths and a spacious arrangement. 

Turkish brothers Kaan Koray deliver some subtle magic to 'Karma', summoning up ancient dance-floor Gods over 9 minutes of heaven.

On August 4th, 2020, the city of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, witnessed one of the most powerful non-nuclear explosions in the history of mankind. Causing at least 204 deaths, 4 missing, 6,500 injuries, $15 billion dollars in property damage, and leaving an estimated 300,000 people homeless.

The explosion was felt in Turkey, Syria, Palestine and parts of Europe, and heard in Cyprus, more than 250 km (160 mi) away. It was detected by the United States Geological Survey as a seismic event of 3.3 magnitude on the Richter Scale.

Seen through live video footage, the shockwaves were immediately felt globally as Beirut became the hometown to every global citizen.

Appropriately named Beirutna, meaning OUR Beirut when translated into Arabic (بيروتنا) is what the city became amid this tragedy that rippled through the hearts of people around the world.

The explosion came at a time when the country was already suffering from a financial crisis, economic collapse, hyperinflation, political unrest, anti-corruption protests, armed clashes and a global pandemic.

Ready Mix Records' team have joined forces with over 25 artists from around the world to create this wonderful musical journey that inspires universal hope, love, peace, unity, positivity, courage, strength and dedication for the people of Beirut.

We would like to thank the Ready Mix Records family of artists, photographers, designers, fans, followers, supporters and everyone who contributed to this project in one way or another. We are grateful and humbled by your generosity, compassion, empathy, positivity, love and support during these though times.
