I began writing/producing this tune while staying at friends houses in Denver.  The bulk of the writing was done at my homie Maddy O Neil's house while out on tour.  I chilled in her spot and dog sat while she was gone.  I had planned on driving back to Michigan the day before she got back, but the morning I was going to leave I walked out the front door to the Denver parking authority booting my Jetta.  I put up a protest which only got me double booted haha F*&% DPA.  Oh well.  Needless to say I was too broke at the time to get it out of impound and pay the tickets on it so someone in Denver is probably driving it now.  Side note my buddy Luke R. also stayed in the spot a few days and while he was there I recorded him playing the Mandolin sample in the song.  It should be noted that he let me borrow his bike to ride to the Denver court house to try and get my car back on the windiest day of the year.  To no avail.
