Welcome to another fine episode of SIRS aka »Sounds in real Stereo«! After last years' arrival on LARJ with his »Arrived EP«, Berlin based versatile DJ & producer Daniel Klein is back with »Travel To HDF.Y3D« - an utopian (or more likely dystopian) ode to space travel:

The last few remaining humans are traveling with 133bpm to the most distant galaxy in the universe on a mission to seek out a new space for mankind to live after many years of exploiting good old Mother Earth. What sounds like a horror scenario if you start thinking about it, SIRS manages to wrap up in quite a positive musical message. Thus »Travel To HDF.Y3D« becomes that hopeful uplifting slightly dreamy tune we all need these days - not unlike Christian Bruhn's theme of a certain Captain called Future back in 1980 …

It's also nice to have two more versions of such a strong tune at hand: The first one is a true first one for »Cocktail D'Amore« DJ BUDINO as she comes up with her first remix and production work ever. Budino's approach is a slightly darker, maybe indeed more dystopian one. The synthesizer bass lines dominate her remix and by getting rid of the original's playful melody she creates a very special melancholic feel. 

Leipzig based PANTHERA KRAUSE's take isn't quite that different from Budino's as he too focuses on the darker vibes of this journey in space. It's his added extra dose of punch that surely will keep dancers on the floor for sure.

The former »Space Ibiza« resident SIRS now takes over the controls again with »Summer Desire« which too is destined to rule dancefloors not only in Ibiza but all over the world with its lovely airy vibe.

»Travel To HDF.Y3D« returns for one last time in form of the spoken word prolog - a nice extra tool to play with.

Yet for digital music lovers exclusively we have three more variations of »Travel To HDF.Y3D« on offer which are perfectly executed in totally different ways by RESIDENTES BALEARICOS, FREUDENTHAL and LARSE - you just need to hear 'em for yourself!

Because we left you waiting for a new podcast for a whole while, we are bringing you the legendary Snuffo with an extra long, special selected mix, right on time for hot summer days at the lake!

Ever since we started organizing parties in Berlin a bit more than a decade ago, Snuffo was always somewhere playing at those great underground spots. Snuffo is a German live act and producer living in Mallorca, Spain. He is the founder of the acid house project Snuff Crew and creates experimental soundscapes as Cellarkalt.
The 1981 born underground artist runs the labels In The Dark Again, Snuff Trax and Snuff Cuts, too.
On the Threads* stream of Threads Radio (UK) he hosts a bi-weekly show called "Snuffo in Santanyí", with guest mixes from DJ friends. 

For the Parallel Berlin podcast Snuffo recorded an intense sonic trip, presenting music that is sweet and weird, mesmerizing and disturbing, enigmatic and uncanny, bright and dark, floating and breaking. 

It's a mixtape for listening, delivered by no DJ but a by big music lover.

Kosmic Skaut is a Dj based in Brno, Czech Republic. He performs mainly in Prague, but in Brno with friends, they run Nasup.brnk - small undeground living room where they do parties for 50-70 people every 2 weeks. In cooperation with Bastl Instruments he runs DJ recording studio 410, which is one of the few places for DJs in Brno to create their work.

How do you get 'in the box'? Gal Tsadok-Hai knows. After some experiments with hardware, the Amsterdam-based electronic producer recently went back to his first love: computer composing. Thus keeping open all the options.

Footsteps is his first EP for SoHaSo, filled with four tracks of adventurous, left-field explorations in rhythm and melody. cl_forwardspeed 5 is dominated by sub low baslines and razor blade rhythms, while mp_footsteps 1 nods more towards early Aphex Twin and the IDM trickery from last century.

Flip the record for max_smokepuffs 999, on which Gal Tsadok- Hai proves he can also bring a straight four-four to great heights. It is both spacious and tense, which makes for a great combination.
On closer sv_gravity 0 it's back to the days when melody was still the default in most techno and electro. If you like the abstract machine funk from Dopplereffekt, this might just be right up your alley.

As the name states Live at Robert Johnson is the associated label of the respected venue in Offenbach and incorporates what the club stands for. The imprint has been establishing a solid ground for the new Frankfurt sound since 2009. By featuring internationally acclaimed artists LARJ has been providing DJs and audiences with essential tunes in an extensive range of high-quality house music. Laid-back dance-floor awareness with a sense for particularity in sound is what might describe best most of the releases and artists.
