I love music that makes ya feel good. And I love songs that rip. I call 'em "heaters" or "burners". Accomplishing both gloriously, give Bakermat's "Baianá" one listen and you'll quickly realize why I dig it so much.

An edit of the Brazilian song "Baianá" by Barbatuques, Dutch DJ and producer Lodewijk Fluttert flips the original by speeding things up and elevating the whole damn joint. Starting out slowly with lyrics being sung in Portuguese, the tempo gradually increases and eventually zooms into an all out heater/burner/ripper. Call it what you will!

In iconic Bakermat fashion, Fluttert infuses the soul at teh 1:21 mark, bringing in one of his signature sax solos. It is this sound that has made Bakermat a household name.

This one is meant for Fridays and weekends are meant for celebrating. It's been a 104 degree Austin, Texas hot-ass minute since I've heard a song so worthy of celebration so crank up this motherfucka and LFG!
