Lively started out as a Garage mc in 1999 when the UK Garage scene was at its peak. He had residency by the time he was 16 @ the Matrix Reading , leading to residency's @ Twice as Nice and also Sun City, working as a host/mc at events all over the uk and summers 2008/2009 resident mc @ Club Abyss Ayia napa in Cypress. However rap music had always been a passion for him so in 2011 he took his last booking for UK Garage @ That Club Greenwich London so He could concentrate on developing as a rap artist. He took part in the rap battles @ Jumpoff tvuk @ Scala Kings Cross , loosing to a rapper called Dotz who got to the season finals! The loss was devastating but he used this as a driving force to develop further, leading to 3 independent mixtape releases, over 60,000 downloads on www.datpiff.com, collabs with G Man/Mac So Solid, Smiler TPM. Most recent collaborations have been with Bizarre from legendary Detroit based rap group D-12 and Grammy award winning producer Scott Storch.
