As a renowned music executive, Mr. Griffey has sold millions of albums worldwide through his label SOLAR Records (producers of 80‚Äôs R N‚Äô B super groups Shalamar, Lakeside, Dynasty, The Whispers, Midnight Starr, The Deele, Klymaxx) and forged the careers of music legends such as multi-platinum Hip-Hop producer Dr. Dre, Kenneth ‚ÄúBabyface‚Äù Edmonds, Antonio ‚ÄúL.A‚Äù Reid, Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis to name a few.

Livespot is currently in negotiations with one of the top major Record labels to distribute musical talent out of Africa into the US, UK and International markets.
The first artist signed to Soul Muzik is DAREY (aka Dare Art Alade), who is the son of the legendary Nigerian Impresario, Jazz musician and TV Producer & personality, the late Art Alade. Darey is a classically trained vocalist and pianist and one of the premier R n‚Äô B crooners in Africa. Other artists/producers/songwriters signed to the label are Mo Eazy and Zaina.

Livespot has recently assembled a Music Production team, built a World Class recording studio and is constantly churning out materials for the Nigerian and International markets.
