Since his 2012 debut, Ejeca has fired out singles at a rate of knots.

The Belfast-bred producer draws from garage, house, gnarly techno and more, and the labels that he's released on reflect that. His collabs with fellow Belfasters Bicep on Aus Music represented some of his springiest music to date, while his productions on the shady Tusk Wax label, for instance, were rawer and glistening under moonlight - deep house for dark nights. Elsewhere, he's continued to return to Waze & Odyssey's W&O Street Trax, sharing the label owners' knack for rapturous bass grooves, launched his own label Exploris, and has recently turned heads with singles on BPitch Ctrl and Moda Black.

Ejeca's FACT mix finds him indulging his grubbier side with warehouse basslines, militant stabs and strings aimed straight at the 3am tingle - at points, the mix's paranoid melodies border on micro-house, but to call this less than major does it a serious disservice. Appropriately, he's playing London Warehouse Project on January 30, heading up a bill that also includes Citizen (who collaborates with Ejeca as Mountainking) and Sisterhood.

There's no stopping Maxxi Soundsystem right now. He's been prolific in the couple of months, showering us with both originals and remixes. 

Last month saw him release the 'Medicine' 12" on Culprit, reuniting with regular collaborator Name One. We got the premiere of the screwing title track, followed a few months later by a jumpy synth remix of Sylvan Esso's 'H.S.K.T'. 

After three years away from Futureboogie, the Bristol label he released 'Into The Future' on, the Brighton producer returns with the 'In The Woods' EP.

This is the music that really took me around the globe and people associate Krafty Kuts with. For me some, of the most exciting and fresh sounding music has been with the breakbeat scene over the years. Playing to 40,000 people at the Exit Festival, headlining shows across Australia & New Zealand to big Festivals in the UK & Europe, USA & Canada. So many great artists have been a part of the Breaks scene ie. Freq Nasty, Plump DJ's, Stanton Warriors, Adam Freeland, Evil 9, DJ Icey, Deekline, Prodigy, Meat Katie, Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim, Rennie Pilgrem, Soul Of Man, Squarepusher, Pendulum, DJ Zinc & many more are all featured in this podcast. In 1994 this was one of my first international artist remix. Björk had just left her Sugarcubes band to go solo, and she was only mildly know back then. I was commissioned to remix Human Behaviour by Island France who were releasing it domestically. I did 2 sets of mixes and they were grouped on a single promo 12" that was pressed to only 500 copies making it a pretty rare item today. She apparently didn't like the remix much and it stayed commercially unreleased. Luckily for me, I had a chance meeting with David Morales at the time and gave him 2 copies. Months later I was told he and DEF mix partner Frankie Knuckles were killing it in the NY clubs. Thanks to them my name got out of France and it kickstarted my carreer outside of my country.
