Lizzie Loveless is the stage name of Lizzie Lieberson. After moving to New York from her childhood in Halifax, Nova Scotia, she formed TEEN with her two sisters, contibuting hooky synthesizers and captivating vocals. Since 2010, TEEN has toured alongside Interpol, Phantogram, Of Montreal, Santigold, and many more, and their 5 studio releases have garnered praise from NPR, Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, and The Guardian. Lizzie now steps out as a songwriter in her own right, with the beautiful and personal debut single, “You Don’t Know.” In Lizzie’s words, “the song is about the fear of someone really seeing you - and when they finally do, they leave.” The song is patient and moving, lush yet spacious - a sign of a sophisticated and compelling new voice.
