Our tenth entry is here, and we’re marking this minor milestone with major vibes. Chicago-based duo @hotpretty.fm can frequently be found behind the decks of the formidable Smartbar, a house music institution in the genre’s hometown since 1982. As prolific producers, their discography spans labels including Semi Delicious, Neptune Discs, Ritmo Fatale, Sound As, and more.

United by a common love for trippy and proggy aesthetics they subtly mix their various influences, meanwhile…FM 010 serves as a showcase of their sound. A focused, gradual crescendo culminates in an ethereal energy over the course of an hour.
