This is a cover of Nirvana- Heart shaped box. The instruments are my thing I'm not a singer so dont judge too harshly :P.. this song was recorded for my creative project in college. Its my first go at recording real instruments at home. found it really hard to keep the quality and warmth when exporting from pro tools so i find it sounds way better with headphones :) cheers for listening

so this songs pretty different from other stuff i have up here (though so far there isnt exactly a theme), i love music that sounds like its been dragged around the world a bit, was probably.. no definitely high when i started writing it, but i'v been working on it for a wee while now.. i'v kept it quite short as in my head its always been a kind of interlude... and after the amount of time it took me to master it, i now have complete respect for mastering engineers. hope you enjoy :)

Found this in an old Ableton folder on my laptop. Totally forgot I'd recorded this. It's a cover of Guns n' Roses "Dont Cry" on the piano. Never got round to recording the full version of this, one day I'll get back to it I'm sure :)

My names Laura-Jane, I'm 19 and I'm studying sound production at James Watt college. Music is without a doubt my biggest passion. Whether its listening, playing, recording, singing, mixing, I don't mind as long as its to do with music. I started out as a rock kid, and was in my fair share of unsuccessful (but fun) bands.  My parents were both DJs so that started my interest in Dance music. Through them I found Armin Van Buuren, who is and will always be my biggest inspiration. The mans so talented musically! Now I'm setting out on my own journey in the music business and all i can really hope for is that,whatever area of the industry I end up in, I'm enjoying it.
