Vice City For Lovers (VCFL) is a radio station in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories that plays soul, funk, disco, jazz, pop, quiet storm and R&B.
The station predominantly plays soul and R&B music from the mid 1970s to the mid 1980s in an urban adult contemporary format and is hosted by Tina Jane. Song requests are often phoned in to the station whereby Tina often answers, and accepts or selects a song for disturbed individuals around the city, such as a man, whose wife works as a prostitute, who requests "Nightshift" on the station.
The Epsilon Program is referenced on the station when Tina Jane describes an anecdote where she was accosted by a member of the cult, asking her to join, much to her chagrin.
This is the second favorite radio station (behind V-Rock) of the Vice City Bikers.

In April of 2002, I found myself in Shanghai. Every ­morning, I took bus line 589 from my apartment to the office. In 2007, I had a senseless job in Beijing, but a decent colleague who shared a surname, 羅 luó, with me. We had to select cheap images of luxury products and activities for a dubious men’s magazine. It was the time, when taxi drivers were forced to learn English, due to the coming Sportfest, Beijing Olympics. Autobahn city was now teaming with police and luggage scans, almost like a giant ­airport checkin, and I was the idiot 老外 lǎowài (foreigner) right in the middle of it. In 2015, students in Hong Kong proved that shopping does not always have to be what mainland tourists usually do. Then, my blurry dreams and experiences got exorcised into shreds to dissolve in the full consciousness of my own stupidity. Then I ate the mooncake. What a taste.

Chinese Mooncakes have one or two outside layers (usually very sweet), and an unexpected center (usually a salty duck egg yolk). This inspired me to shape my music in a similar way, and to hide the key melodies within an undetermined wrapper of fragments leading to nowhere.
