Don’t Want U Back was created a day after I went through a really tough breakup. It tells the story of how I felt during that relationship and goes through all the issues I had with my ex. The takeaway of the song is that sometimes,  love can blind you and not let you see all the issues with the person you are with. In the end I realized she was not right for me and that I don’t even want her back.
