This is a heartfelt various artist album that sheds light on the urgent issue of child labour in the cobalt mines of the Democratic Republic of Congo. This album is dedicated to the Good Shepherd International Foundation, an organisation committed to ending child labour in cobalt mining and providing these under aged workers with access to education and a brighter future.

Every purchase, download, or stream of the Congo VA directly contributes to the Good Shepherd International Foundation's mission of rescuing children from cobalt mines and providing them with a path to education, safety, and a brighter future.

The Good Shepherd International Foundation is on a mission to rescue children from hazardous cobalt mining and give them the chance to escape child labour. Cobalt, a critical component in electric battery production, has led to the exploitation of children in Congo. This foundation is dedicated to rescuing these young miners and ensuring they receive quality education, healthcare, and a safe environment for their growth and development.
