Dj Kelly Bongo - DO YOU WANT A TECHNO SANDWICH Promo Mix 2016

Kelly bongo hailing from Clare , Spain ,  Dublin & Galway she’s one of Galway’s OG Djs. Started very young around 15 years old. 30 years young and  She’s been tearing up dance floors since 2010. Started in Spain summer 2013 & summer 2014 in Mallorca on the party strip Santa Ponsa holding the first Residency in Basement in 2014 playing in all the other clubs and disco bars, then moved into Galway in winter 2013!!  Since then Kelly has helped start up many successful collectives in Ireland and still does to this day. Switching genres and Including drums i to jer love DJ sets in 2013 hence where the name “Kelly Bongo” came from in 2013 she gained the name ripping up clubs in Mallorca playing a live Djembe and Bongos with her sets alongside Dj’n for the Deya sunset pool parties with Dj Diablo V as her manager back in 2014. Now playing all over Ireland , Europe and out of Europe opening for Pet Duo , N-Trance & Ultrabeat ,Shosh (24 hour garage girls) Mode One , Diablo V and many more over the years. Kelly is a familiar face at Irelands biggest festival Electric Picnic for a number of years till this day. A well known face in Trenchtown area every year at EP playing both MainStage & Treasure Beach stage with Afrobeats , reggae , roots and dancehall also singing and spitting bars with other amazing artists always bringing the vibes. Many other underground festivals under her belt. In Galway she holds many residencies for different collectives from Basement project, Rave Culture, Me Fien, Galway African Diaspora , bon voyage etc. She runs a small local collective Antiks in ner spare time brining different sounds to smaller venues offering open decks for new & upcoming Djs. She was the first to play for the launch of basement project in 2013 and has played in every venue across Galway since from Electric Garden Nightclub ,The Cellar, Arus Na Geal, Monroes, The loft, Cookes Thatch bar, The OL’55 , Megettigans , Club Cuba , Carbon nightclub , The Blue note, the G bar, Now called Nova , The Roisin, The Boat club , rowing club , Seven (The Loft)
