That Late October Day

Lo and Easy are years in the making. A long lineage of pawn shop instruments, basements stacked of records, and notebooks full of dreams fuel the drive behind the quintet. Originating on the near west side of Chicago in 2017, Lo and Grez reconvened holding acoustic sessions and attending open mics to develop the sound and feel. Grez then brought on Tim Cronin on drums and Kevin Roche on keys/organ and held practice sessions at Chicago’s Music Garage. They quickly dialed in a set and recorded a 3 song single on 1/2” reel at Sun Dive Studios in Palatine, IL. Frank Pratt then brought in his chops on electric bass to round out “The Easy.” A solid core of south side sensible gentlemen to back the dynamic engaging lead of Lo. The group is currently available for booking in the Midwest in the summer of 2018.
