Up and coming LA rapper TM heats the streets with his EP mixtape "TAKEMONEY" 

  Take Money, 24 year old native out of "The Jungles" in South Central Los Angeles, bomb drops an EP mixtape that immediately heats the streets. Although T.M. is currently on the underground level, his "Take Money" mixtape has gained the likes of mainstream hip-hop artists such as TY$, YG and super producer DJ Mustard, all who posted his mixtape cover on their Instagram profiles in support of his new "Take Money" movement.  The "Take Money" extended play project is hosted by west coast disk jockey DeeJay Goonie and consists of five solid diverse tracks which features artists Blane Mane, R.J. and The Jay 305, to name a few.  T.M. and his Take Money squad recently shut down Secret Sundayz LA performing his hit single "Bang My Turf" along with feature R.J. from Pu$haz Ink. It was only his first performance, but you would not have been able to tell based on the enormous lines of people outside of the club anxiously awaiting their entrance.  Throughout the mixtape, T.M. stays true to form expressing the realities of his life, sharing a little of his background while representing his beloved community.  "My mama disappointed I'm a gang banger/ she did what she could to keep me out of danger," quotes two lines from his song called "Too Good to Be True" that is on his debut EP.   T.M has emerged quickly onto the hip-hop scene but is there to stay as he is determined to make a name for himself.

The Local Astronauts are an American songwriting and production Duo featuring Kenrick Mejia aka PolyRob and Badru Umi aka BADRU / “GoodKingBad” formed in Inglewood, CA, in 2016. PolyRob the Lead Producer provides a diverse multi-genre production style laced with gritty elements & heavy bass. While BADRU curates the execution of the teams production and lyrical features. The Local Astronauts have produced and worked with a variety of Hip Hop, Alternative and R&B artists, including Aceyalone, Jay Worthy, Method Man, Robert Glasper, Conway the Machine, Larry June, Cali Swag District, Papoose, Planet Asia, The Outlaws and many others. Their songs have also been features in various Television and Film syncs such as; Summer Night, The Package (Netflix), Shots Fired (FOX network), L.A.s Finest (FOX, Netflix) and others.
Badru and PolyRob met in Leimert Park at a legendary open-mic event called Project Blowed in the early 2000’s. At that
time PolyRob was a Rapper /Producer in a local rap group named PoliDony while fostering his eventual partnership with
Big Wy, CEO Wacko and 319 music. Badru just transitioned from working as a promoter, A&R and tour manager at Def
Jam records, Interscope records, Priority records before becoming General Manager of Project Blowed recordings /
Decon media and managing various Rap Artists like Freestyle Fellowship and others.
In 2019 the Local Astronauts duo began to expand into a collective focused on developing talent and curated
collaborations, presently consisting of additional Producers; Tony Ozier, Solini, Dae One and vocalists; Washeyi Choir, A1
Krashn and Lovey Jean. They also release re-occuring projects with T.F, Meaku and many other talented Artists.
