After the new release of Super Mario 3D World, I felt inspired to do an arrangement of the main theme. I thought it'd fit pretty nicely with samples from Yoshi's Island, since both game OSTs are heavily jazz-influenced, and overall I'm happy with the result.

I've been thinking about these songs for the past few days now. It's cool how they were made during a time where we didn't have Origins, AIR, or the November 1993 prototype. I thought the way the songs were composed were kinda cute lol. So I decided to use this practice round to get better at swing, as well as see what these songs would sound like if they had a bit more polish to them.

I wanted to keep the spirit of the spng alive, but also make a few tweaks and additions wherever possible. I hope I did a good job!

A dub I told welegi I was working on of a PT oc she made— last March. I basically had almost finished it but I just... never... did. I even wrote the BGM using Genny back then. All I did today was add TAL bitcrush, Limiter and Convolver to the vocal.
