Hi guys, early release on SoundCloud!!! 
Because I decided to enter Cymatics' contest "King of Synths" I'm uploading it a week before the official release on major streaming platforms :)

For this contest I made something a little more energetic than I usually make. I used some of the one-shots for the bass, melodies and pads. Mixed them and added fx to make them fit the track, and this is how we ended up :)

Halcyon means 'calm, prosperous, undisturbed', and I hope that fits the vibe you feel when listening to this track!

I put a lot of effort into this one, I hope you'll like it!

Hey, thank you for checking my profile. Nice to meet you! Allow me to introduce myself real quick.
I’m an aspiring music producer/artist based in Rotterdam, still stuck in high school.  
I'm a little bit of a - what I like to call - sunset addict... That's why you'll see so many sunset pictures on my socials :)
 
My artist name is "Lockd" because I’m always trying to let my listeners lock themselves up in a certain space or ambiance I try to (re)create with my music, wether that space exists or not. I try to create a little escape from the stress from daily life.  
I make very chill music, so give yourself some rest and take a listen :)

I mainly release and Lofi and Chill Electronic music and pretty much anything in between. I enjoy making hip hop beats as well and I love participating in song contests, sadly no successes so far, but we're keeping the head up high.
