James Razda's first solo release on Locker Room Records comes in the form of the three track  'Influx' EP.   Although, no stranger to the label as the Hertfordshire based DJ/producer has had previous releases alongside Turno, under their hugely popular Second Nature alias.  However Razda now brings to the table three of his own compelling Tech House productions, which will no doubt form an essential part of the summer soundtrack over the coming months. 

'My Head' is the opening track on the release, featuring a raw, heavy bass with nice vocal cuts and stabs.  This is a versatile track which fits into varied styles of DJ sets.  Secondly is 'Try Me Out'.  This has a bigger sound with a catchy bassline and a soulful vocal which presents itself throughout the track.  Lastly but by no means least, the final track, 'Slow', has a more laid back vibe but with equally the same level of groove as the others. This, combined with the seductive vocals, takes the track to an utterly hypnotic level. 

James Razda is definitely one of those artists to watch for the near future and we can see this release becoming a classic on Locker Room Records.

Opening up the 2018 catalogue on Locker Room Records, Will Watt joins the label with his huge new single 'Jump On It'. This bassline heavy roller is perfect for building up the vibe in a set, with effective use of stuttered vocals and percussion adding nicely to the groove of the track.  Will Watt is a London based DJ and producer specialising in Tech House.  His sets and productions clearly make a statement that he is a fast rising name within the scene.  This track sets the tone for the start of this year's releases and we are proud to have this very talented producer on board the LRR imprint.

Next up on Locker Room Records is Sam Smith's massive three part EP entitled 'Haduki'.  Sam Smith is another newcomer to the label and is making a statement with a package of three big Tech House productions.

The first track on the release, 'Haduki' is in simple terms a heavy hitting bomb, delivering big impact and power!  In a similar style, the second track, 'Rhythm' features build ups with nice vocal chops, giving big tension before the energy of the drops. Lastly, 'Fuzic For Hank' features a rolling bass and processed vocal samples combining to make a high energy, main set weapon.  This is an EP we are very proud to deliver on LRR and we look forward to seeing further great reactions to these tracks at events throughout the year.

We welcome MÅS back to the label with his massive new single 'Let's Groove'.  Following up his 'Special Sauce' EP collaboration with Joseph Ochoa released on the label last year, we are very pleased to have MÅS back on Locker Room Records with this new production.

'Let's Groove' has a Minimal-Tech vibe with a deep sub carrying the track through.  The light and airy breakdown along with energetic stabs and effects build on this as the track progresses, all amounting in a solid underground production that compliments what this label is about.  MÅS is another Bristol based artist that continues to deliver high quality material to add to the LRR catalogue and the underground scene overall.

DJ Spen's productions have been causing a storm on dancefloors worldwide for many years now. This brand new remix of the 2015 much loved house anthem, 'DIAMOND' by Rhemi ft HanLei, is no exception. 

Diamond was and still is, a go to sing-a-long favourite for many house music lovers. On this remix, the original vocal is still beautifully maintained and layered over an infectious new arrangement, complimenting and breathing new life into it.
