In the last two weeks I witnessed the gift of a GOOD nurse. They were in valuable in helping Jacci through her still ongoing recovery. A special shout out to Emily and Jacob… they were really the definition of GOOD nurses.
If you ever find yourself in need of a nurse or needing to be a nurse follow that example and … Act Accordingly!

Have you ever gone somewhere and found yourself completely out of your element... so much so it was uncomfortable but you had to stay awhile to people watch?

COMFORT.
In order to define comfort… I thought I’d start with the definition of habitat.
a : the place or environment where a plant or animal naturally or normally lives and grows
b : the typical place of residence of a person or a group the arctic habitat of the Inuit
c : a housing for a controlled physical environment in which people can live under surrounding inhospitable conditions (as under the sea)
I suppose that in order to gain comfort… you’ve got to undergo a degree of discomfort. The process of creating a habitat in which you can remove your armor and BE… while the rest of the world rages on. We’ve talked about Olympians training for 10000 hours in order to perform at the crucial moment that they need too. You can say that they built a habitat for themselves that was uncomfortable so that when tested that could comfortably shine.
Never underestimate the feeling that is comfort… but never forget that you have create that comfort in a habitat that may not be comfortable at all?

There was a time… that in order to be famous you had to be elusive. Now with social media... stars must be Omni present and we've moved into a place where authenticity is key. Not only that but your fans need to feel like they are your friends... how does this new world feel to you? How do you feel about social media? Before we get outta here, let’s talk about today’s Sugar Honey Iced Tea. For Those that don’t know, these are things that I or a member of the group have found that are really cool aka The SHIT!   
AUTHENTICITY.
In order to define authenticity… I thought I’d start with the definition of authentic.
1.not false or copied; genuine; real:
2.having an origin supported by unquestionable evidence; authenticated; verified:
3.representing one’s true nature or beliefs; true to oneself or to the person identified:
I’m not sure sometimes what people are more scared of with todays social media…. The fact that people aren’t being authentic… or the fact that they ARE. The antics we see online couple with the state of America’s politics and discourse. I am definitely more afraid that people ARE being there true selves. That would mean that people aren’t necessarily getting nicer or kinder or more tolerant. And that bothers me… We seem to live in a country that is to be able to rap it’s head around the fact that you can be a women trapped in a man’s body but NOT that police shot unarmed black people for no reason. A country that celebrates people that succeed but tears down the Kardashians for being successful.
Never underestimate authenticity… but never forget that you have to let people be authentic and …
You might not just like what you get.
