Victor Delage studied mathematics and physics in classe prépa and mathematics and computer science at the ENS Rennes. He is currently doing the Logic year at the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

(trailer) Dean and Max disagree about Newcomb's problem. 
Newcomb's problem: Alice is in a gameshow featuring boxes A and B. She has two options: only open box B, or open boxes A and B. She wins whatever is inside the box(es) she opens.

Alice knows that box A contains €100, but she doesn't know what is in box B. Yesterday, Bob got to decide what to put in box B, based on how he thinks Alice will decide in the gameshow today. He put €1,000,000 if he thought Alice will choose to only open box B, and he put €0 if he thought Alice will choose A and B. Bob knows Alice well, and is right about her choices 90% of the time.
The question is: should Alice choose to open box B, or boxes A and B?

#6 Dean McHugh - Paradoxes (trailer)

Dean McHugh and Max geek out on paradoxes. Dean is currently working on finding the general principles behind different philosophical paradoxes. Max studied different paradoxes in the past and is currently writing a popular philosophical book on how you can apply paradoxes to solve problems in your everyday life. This episode ends with complete disagreement about the solution for Newcomb's paradox. 
Dean studied philosophy and English literature in Dublin (Ireland) and is currently a student of the MSc of Logic in Amsterdam.
