Fooling around with my Blue Nessie microphone again for Rubber Clown Car... A loved one requested a Roy Orbison song, so I sang (or whatever) a personal favorite. I used a lot of reverb because this song is so surreal... Sweet dreams ;-)

Gods and Monsters

This was the first tape that we did... I sang, and Roland composed and performed the music. This was done in 1995, and includes three songs, Blinded, Undertow and Jewel. There are a couple of scratchy sounds here and there, due to the original medium (an almost 20 year old cassette tape)!

And this was the second tape that we did. It includes the songs Waves, Breed, Allison, Luna Mari and Everafter. The sound quality of this album is quite good! The tape was well preserved, and at the time it was recorded (in 1996), Roland had acquired even better studio equipment.

Logospilgrim is a renegade, tomboy, and cosmic love vagabond; she is the author of several books which are available on her website, logospilgrim.com, and amazon.com. From 1994 to 1996, she sang in a band called Venus Swirls. She recently had the two tapes the band produced during that time (and which she had kept in a cupboard for almost twenty years!) transferred onto CDs, and is sharing the albums here for her loved ones to enjoy :-)
