Mehlschwitze kannst du als Grundlage für verschieden Saucen verwenden, aber auch zum Eindicken von Suppen oder Eintöpfen. Je nachdem, was du kochst, kannst du eine helle, eine blonde und eine dunkle Mehlschwitze machen.
