After Cook Strummers' debut album 'The Fall', LOK Recordings' seventh release represents four different interpretations of its single 'Fallen'.

The original song by the Belgian singer, songwriter and producer has been reshaped by Marco Resmann, Sasse, Ryan Crosson and dOP.

Each one of them delivered their unique version of 'Fallen' and made it possible for us to present an EP full of surprises.

"Bevor ich einen Remix fest zusage, lasse ich mir immer die Spuren zuschicken und gucke, ob ich eine zufrieden stellende Inspiration finde“, erklärt @marco-resmann. So erging es ihm auch bei der Nummer „Fallen“ von @cook-strummer. „Die eigentliche Idee zum Remix entstand dann beim Herumspielen mit den einzelnen Elementen des Originals.“ Dabei wollte der Musiker relativ nah am Original bleiben, jedoch alles etwas reduzierter arrangieren und weniger Harmonie-Wechsel benutzen.
