Red Sun is a homage to the time me and Ross individually spent out in Asia (South Korea & Hong Kong) reminiscing on the sunsets over in asia and how the sun would turn a bright red in the summer months illuminating the sky with a certain hue. This album has an almost mysterious but tropical ambience in terms of production and deals with different life issues to do with all manner of relationships, beliefs and ideologies.

The road east is a audio memoir of my experiences of the 18 months I spent in China living in both the futuristic metropolis that is Shenzhen. The sounds and synths emulate that futuristic vibe which encapsulated me in that bustling city. I then moved over to Hong Kong a mix between bustling city life and ancient Chinese traditions and architecture. The more melodic and soulful track embody this feeling. The samples from Canton and Mainland Chinese films help embody this.
