Lemonella - Undiscovered Colour

Time passes, and the people of Ukraine continue to suffer from the Russian war of aggression. We feel obliged not to watch this cruelty wordlessly and idly. The senseless violence emanating from Russia is condemned by us in the strongest possible terms.

With Pieces for Peace we want to show that we as a community are aware of the people in Ukraine and that their suffering is not unseen. But from this we also want to be able to contribute to the relief efforts. In order to use it efficiently, all the proceeds of the campaign will be donated to the International Committee of the Red Cross, which is tirelessly at work, whether in the humanitarian or diplomatic field.

The compilation will only be available for two weeks. After that, all collected proceeds from it will be donated to the ICRC.

All artists are offering their contribution to this EP without any financial compensation.
We sincerely thank all the participating artists and all those who contribute with their support.
We stand by Ukraine's side!

What a year!

Just when it felt like there was already enough drama going on for a whole century in a tiny decade, things became worse and more confusing by the hour. A sadly too well known Russian dictator started invading Ukraine in early 2022 and as of the years end is not showing signs of retreat. 

The time to not be political has clearly come to an end and so we set out to empathize with our sisters and brothers that have lost their homes, ripped their lives apart and express our condolence to those that have lost their loved ones. There is very little in our power to help, but with this compilation we try to raise at least a little money to help those in need. 

Since we're a record label and not an NGO we decided to forward 100% of the profits to Blindspots e.V., an organisation dedicated to help distribute material donations and evacuate people from embattled cities. You can read more about their work here:

With the sensitive audacity that is so typical for the duo, Umami dissect the delicate space-time continuum of our everyday world and sew it back together into an entirely new reality that keeps morphing into ever new shapes with each of our dance moves. A sampled stream of thought seeps through the cracks between the rolling bass structure and the melodic frequencies of Psydon that are tuned to a maximum of synaptic stimula- tion. @greenlakeproject takes advantage of its legendary psychonautic navigation skills and their long distance groove to teleport this dance experience into a neon-colored world full of bubbling Acid fountains. With Obthor, Umami change into a somewhat lighter, more playful, but still pleasantly inebriated mode without losing the deep, hypnotic vibe that is the backbone of this EP. Last but not least, @meerkats makes this illustrious gathering complete, as his remix is ventilated with plenty of open air and folds its huge sonic space around our mind with melodic lightness.
