Yoshitaka Hikawa’s „Station 26“ is a space shuttle joyride. It’s pure ascension, the sound of gravity overcome. It’s luminous dashboards, green neon grids extending ever and infinitely outwards, motion-controlled holographic projections. It’s molten alien quicksilver seeping from a downed asteroid, lens flare on an astronaut’s visor. This music sounds like shattered light; weightless, refracted, glittering. Play this while you're waiting out decompression in airlock and having a really good heart-to-heart with your co-cosmonaut. Play this while you're up very far above.

Yoshitaka Hikawa is an artist based in Tokyo’s Nishiogikubo district. His music traverses wildly diverse sonic topography—harsh to heavenly, blissful to blistering, with tracks landing anywhere between laser-focused synth abstraction and reckless dancefloor pulverisation. Regardless of the form it ultimately takes, Hikawa makes music with one simple purpose: to “keep it real in health of mind and body”.

"Solar Sail" is a single from the upcoming @azzrell album "Exstasis: Restored" released by @mizuha-cc. One out of 11 tracks, serving as "bookends" for this new release.

“Exstasis: Restored” is a reimagining of Azrel’s 2023 album, featuring remixes from genre-defining artists such as ‘Quit Life’ and ‘Sun Angels’, along with 2 new original songs to act as bookends. This new project recontextualizes the ideas of the original album through a cohesive and wide-ranging set of productions; moving from pure ambience to euphoric ecstasy as each artist breathes their own new life into the vapours of their respective tracks.

Ville Wannabe has navigated from the deep forest through the ordeals of chipbass, wonky and footwork to the spring of eternal supersaw. Inspired by crescendocore and insurance ads, he is committed to studying a system of quantum states of trance.
This is where warm nostalgia and rapturous optimism coexist. Nymphs takes you on a journey through bit-space serenity and sharp rhythms. They transport you from the pulsating energy of a cityscape to the soothing embrace of nature echoing amnesiac forgotten lullabies.

Ville Wannabe - Oread

In his personal take on synth music, Capiuz explores a language made of liquid notes and pointillistic counterpoints, all stemming from a single machine. This album has been composed using the MIDI language and then recorded in one take with a single synthesizer, investigating non-human ways of playing the instrument. The computer is treated as the intermediate that connects the composer's intentions with the machine, allowing for complexities and velocities that go beyond the keyboard.
The inspiration for this record comes from the romantic music movement that flared up in Europe during the 19th century and its innovations in regards to using difficult technical excerpts to produce and create new types of sonic palettes and emotions, without indulging in aimless instrumental virtuosity. In Future Romanticism this concept takes various shapes, going from fast and intricate cascade of notes, reminiscent of Black Midi music, to an evolving sound design that morphs the tracks into new textures and timbers passing through intricate and layered polyphonies.

Luca Favaro (Capiuz) is a sound artist and composer from Italy whose work explores sound in all its forms and possibilities of use, from sound installations to DJ sets and live improvisation. His art investigates the use of sound as an architectural and spatial element, finding his roots in sound design, club music, and field recording. 
As a composer, he has produced music for both digital and museum installations (Chiasso Perduto, Castello Gamba), as well as for theater, ballet, and visual media. With his projects, focusing on both the dancefloor and sonic experimentation, Favaro has performed various DJ sets and live audio/visual performances all across Europe and has released music with Unizone (Prague), Early Reflex (Turin), Over My Body (Taipei, London) and Eclephsia (Paris). He currently hosts Hectic, a music program exploring new avant-gardes on Radio Raheem (Milan). As a programmer, he has created various Max for Live devices published by Hide Productions.
