Funky Destination returns with a brand new release “Down To The Music”. Four new songs under his nu funk and forward thinking nu jazz groove productions that gives us a greatvariety of easy flow modern funk dance grooves with old school soul and jazzy vibes made for the dance-floors.

In this release the groovy nu funk song “Down To The Music” appears twice with an extended edit for dj’s and the original version for radio use. “Vintage Satisfaction” continues the ep with brilliant funk and nu jazz grooves while the closing song “United Colours Of The Sun” is taking us into a downtempo space with laid back melodies into Funky Destination’s world of sound.

I wanted to do this one for a long time. All my favourite softrock classics in one continous mix, spiced up with some genre-like tunes from the here and now. 
While traveling on a german train the other day, apperently lightning struck (the sky was blue as far as I could see) causing the train to stop for several hours out in the open. While lynch mob parties began to form with the intention to take it out on the conductor, I was still mixing away with my headphones on and a stupid smile on my face - quite out of context actually. In fact I go so into it that I almost forgot to get of at Berlin main station. 
So here it is, hope you have as much fun listening as I had putting it togehter.

Lightning On A Train Extension
