degen is a dedicated vinyl selector with a passion for old school techno, trance gems and tech house nuggets. Ranging from stomping and pulsating basslines to subtle progressive tunes he captivates the dancefloor from the first to the last record. 
For that he uses his carefully selected record collection to ignite the dancefloor with a colorful storytelling. 

As 1/2 of the danger duo '4meter' and member of 'scheissmukke' he hosts parties in infamous venues like Tresor and co-founded the party series 'Ringelpietz' in Berlin.

Straight from sunny Malta, Luca Cordina delivers an energetic mix of house and techno rollers.

1. How and where was the mix recorded?

The mix was recorded on a Friday night at my home on my 2 Technics 1210 Mk5s, Allen & Heath Xone:DB2, Yamaha HS8m’s, Pioneer 900nexus + some beers :)

2. Can you tell us the idea behind the mix?

I guess this is some of what I want to hear when I’m in the mood to have fun on a Friday night - House music & beyond into the weirder cuts… 90s UK tech, minimal, garage… a few new additions and some old personal classics from my bag … also some unreleased productions from myself and friends.

3. What are your main influences regarding electronic music and Djing in general?

ZIP and the Perlon crew… hearing him close Panorama Bar is something I will never forget. I lived in the UK for some time too regularly visiting Fabric etc which played a big part in shaping me musically, along with regular visits to Berlin… Ryan Elliot, the Ghost, Craig Richards, Quest, Chris AB, Margaret Dygas, Fumiya Tanaka, old Marco Carola…

I’m also lucky enough to have been brought up in the scene around some very talented local djs

4. Tell us a bit more about the scene in Malta, a country that may be unknown for some in terms of electronic music. How are things developing there?

We have a small but quality scene here in Malta which is definitely getting propelled in the right direction and becoming a place to look out for internationally. Spots like Big Ron’s Records run by my bros Mato & Bengy where I’m part of the fam and festivals like Sunny Side Up which had its 1st edition last year are definitely raising the bar locally to a high standard.

5. What are you up to next? Projects, ideas…

Trying to dedicate as much time in the studio as possible solo and together with Stefun for a side project with our first release coming out next year. I just love playing music with my friends.

Lola Fat is a Parisian DJ who started djing in 2018. 
She focuses on the underground club culture, house and techno, old school and modern, she's a passionate digger and a storyteller. 
Lola mainly got inspired from the different international scenes which created her style over the years. 
She loves to play engaging and trippy sounds between techno, house, tribal, mental, minimal and trance. 
When she plays, her goal is to embark people into her musical universe. 
Lola always tries to catch her audience into a captivating trip.

She has played  for multiple collectives, labels & radios in France, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Germany, Spain, Argentina, Italy, Netherlands, Finland, Lithuania, USA and UK.

She started her own mixes series called NOBODY MIXES.
With those mixes recorded from home, she really goes deep into her latest inspirations with longer and more personal recordings.

Lola Fat is part of the LGBTQA+ Parisian collective « Less Drama More Techno ». LDMT regularly throws parties in some big clubs of the capital.
She also recently joined this emerging crew called « Basscule » which originally started to organise venues in some atypical places.
She has also played in some famous collectives such as RAW, Pisica, Mess, Wet For Me & Apéro Électronique.

Lola has played for many private parties for fashion events for some big french brands and has monthly residencies in many palaces. 
She has played in many clubs & festival in Paris:
La Machine Du Moulin Rouge, Marvellous Island, Wanderlust, Glazart, Nouveau Casino, Virage, La Gare Le Gore, L’International, Le Mazette, Le Point Fort d’Aubervilliers, Les Bains, Silencio, Pachamama, Pamela Club, La Mano, L’alimentation Générale, Liebe, & Magnum Klub. 
Lola Fat also played in Milan and Berlin. 

Some tracks are cooking and are hopefully gonna see the world sooner or later.
