The title track, Underpass combines gritty drums with emotional pads and vocals before descending down into darkness with a slowly building arp then climbing back into the light for a huge close.

Second cut ‘Third Wave’ is built around a huge pad and intertwining vocal/synth melodies over a deep breakbeat. Uplifting and mysterious at the same time.

EP closer ‘Cristal Shore’ is a deep groover with a subtle driving beat and haunting melody. Together the EP offers uniquely emotional electronic music for the dancefloor and the soul. This is the first of many exciting releases and events to come.

Londam is delighted to welcome Daverage J Normal to the label. The London- based producer creates deep, driving music which moves dancefloors wherever it is played. Here he delivers two darK, dub classics on the Bacchante Libations EP.
The title track combines an infectious groove with a mighty low end and gorgeous chord stabs. On top of it industrial percussion and subtle synth fills interplay to add energy and excitement.
Second cut Maenads brings a hypnotic pulse and layers it with dub goodness, wonky chords and spoken word. A wonderful roller for the wee small hours.
Perfect for techno, progressive and dub sets this EP gets our year off to the perfect start

Joachim Spieth teases his forthcoming album "Retrace" with the release of the album opener, "Recall," accompanied by a wonderfully dubby, dance-floor-friendly remix from the producer well-known within our community, Luigi Tozzi. 
While Spieth keeps things in a laid-back "sofa surfer" mode with deep, ambient, and dub-tinged atmospheres, Luigi Tozzi's remix expands the dub side of "Recall" into a proper dancefloor groover whose stabs simply envelope a listener like a spider web. 
Spieth and Tozzi, two of techno's distinguished artists, join forces and deliver a creme de la creme dub techno release. This is a great introduction to Joachim Spieth's forthcoming album, "Retrace," due in October. 
The single "Recall" with Luigi Tozzi's remix is coming out on September 6.

Hello and welcome back to the Depth Perception Sessions.

This week we welcome UK based multi-genre artist Riigs to take care of episode #124. Mark brings a speaker rattling session of fizzing breaks and savage basslines. Turn this UP!

Bio:

Mark Allin (AKA Riigs) makes music for the feet, head and heart.  

Based in London he creates garage, dubstep, DnB and house music with a flair for deep grooves and rich, textured drums.  His latest EP ‘Blank Time’ was released in 2025 on Taipan Trax and has been played on BBC R6 and in DJ sets around the world. 

He works with a number of wildly talented collaborators from around the world and is always pushing the boundaries of his music with new work taking a deep and often ambient turn alongside the bangers. 

Riigs performs live regularly, releases on a number of top labels and is co-owner of the rave and tech label Londam with Dutch producer Skenna.
