This song first appeared in Sunshine (2007) and was originally written in D Minor, however, the author wasn't quite happy about the key so he changed it to E Minor, but it was already too late to change the name so he had to keep it the way it was. The song has been used many times since then, for instance in the trailer for X-Men - Days Of Future Past (2014)
or as a theme for Kick-Ass (2010). It's basically four chords repeating over and over again but for some reason it never gets boring. I tried something new this time and created a separate MIDI track for the strings so it sounds a bit more like the original track. I hope you guys enjoy it!
