A concert raising funds for the Charity of the great trumpet player Derek Watkins, who sadly passed away on Friday 22nd March 2013.

The London City Big Band was formed in 2011, utilising some of the finest jazz musicians on the London scene, with current students and graduates from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, Royal Academy of Music and Trinity College of Music. The London City Big Band has a residency at the Spice of Life in Soho, London, performing on the last Sunday of each month (starting again in February 2013).
