Hailing from Copenhagen, Denmark, Jazzed Irregularity is dedicated to deep house in all its soulful, hypnotic shades. 🟠 [EN] The name Carnaval Sessions comes from a personal journey inspired by Haruki Murakami’s visit to Copenhagen, where he read the story Carnaval from First Person Singular. This sparked a deeper connection, leading me to explore Schumann’s Carnaval, performed by Rubinstein, as mentioned in the story. Just like how Murakami’s tale weaves together music and introspection, this show delves into the mysteries that music uncovers. Through sound, we transcend the everyday and enter a world where our dreams, thoughts, and fantasies come to life.

🟠 [JA]「Carnaval Sessions（カルナヴァル・セッションズ）」という名前は、村上春樹がコペンハーゲンを訪れた際に読んだ短編小説『一人称単数』に収められている「カーニバル」という物語に触発された、個人的な旅から生まれました。この出会いがきっかけで、物語の中で言及されているルービンシュタインによるシューマンの『カーニバル』を探求することになりました。

村上春樹の物語が音楽と内省を織り交ぜるように、この番組も音楽が明かす神秘に迫ります。音を通して、私たちは日常を超え、夢や思考、そして幻想が生き生きと立ち上がる世界へと導かれるのです。

🟠 [DA] Navnet Carnaval Sessions udspringer af en personlig rejse, inspireret af Haruki Murakamis besøg i København, hvor han læste novellen Carnaval fra Første person ental. Denne oplevelse skabte en dybere forbindelse, som førte mig til at udforske Schumanns Carnaval, fremført af Rubinstein, som nævnt i fortællingen.

Paul Tibbs aka The Lone Soldier A DJ/Producer of over 30 yrs..One of the founder members & Resident DJ`s of the renound "Sex,Love & Motion" club nights..that reached its dizzy heights during the mid to late 90`s..It`s home was at "The Soundshaft" in Charing Cross,London..where it ran consecutively every Saturday for 5 yrs..hosting many world renound DJ`s of the time,many of which are still enjoying great success today! The growth of the Brand,captured international interest,and they were soon hosting weekly and monthly events in Paris,Hamburg & Amsterdam under the same guise..as well as starting a self named Label to which Paul had a couple of releases.. specialist radio shows,including Girls FM & Point Blank FM,and currently his 2hr fortnightly show called "The D3EP Lounge" on Grant Nelson's mighty D3ep Radio Network. He continues to have a massive love,for all things Deep..
