'Spanish producer Gimenö delivers his debut album Movement on Edgar de Ramon's label Tutu Records with nine stunning tracks that dip in woozy ambient, crashing breaks and chuggy techno.

”Creation without complexes doing what I like the most without the commercial purpose. MOVEMENT symbolizes my musical evolution thanks to the countries and cities/areas where I have lived and I have been impregnated with their tendencies and cultures. It also defines its musical composition (of the album), in sounds and rhythms in constant movement using modulations and polyrhythmic sequences.“  '

We still alive and we show it with this 3 cuts release by label head Mikel Gil. The Basque artists at this time doesn't need presentation being with most of his releases in the charts of Beatport and releasing in labels like AIMT , Renesanz, Dolma , Analytic Trail and Tutu Among others and of course having a constant in his work Techno in all ways . With this Ep he goes a bit more Raw in the first two with some acidic touch to end with Alien Invasion that goes with those evolving melodies that he likes.

The Canadian Dad Of The Year makes his debut in our label also with a more downtempo track and finally label boss goes with a dark dub track that shows his actual mood on music also going on with his other project Saturnz Other Soul. So a dark Mental Picks this time not for everyone but who cares we release what we like and it works as you can see we are going to be 15 years old !!!
