step out into the unknown

I am a drummer/percussionist who has worked as a local musician, band leader, solo artist, and in soundtrack/film. I have always been very fascinated with soundtrack music and how it is able to, not only connect people emotionally with what's going on in the picture, but also how it can connect people to the physical surroundings in a unique way. This is what inspires me when creating music; the ability to make people connect visually in a way they could not do on their own. I just recently got my start in composing soundtrack music. My most recent work has been for the documentary series "Artbound" on PBS on the episode titled "Ditch Project". The episode shows some of the greatest works from the best artists of today. This shows my most current work in the film industry.
