It strikes one; often enough to carry residual weight in its profoundness, at times of upheaval, when emotions, between the synced and entwined psyches of blood relatives -as well as those of kinship bond; platonic and romantic- are in equilibrium, to appear beyond us, a connecting force reminding us, albeit briefly, of another 'something' of which we know little of. A place within space and time where two individuals, momentarily stand flummoxed and shead their ego, their self, and individuality. What a strange place that seems to be!


It is as though the synchronicity in question, shares routes with the dream state in its majesty; being esoteric rather than coincidental. Both states leave one suddenly pulled from the material, to the magical, then back to the material, left with the uncomfortable feeling that they have something to decipher, or perhaps shrug off, and carry on as themselves again. Meaning has hit them, knowledge has revealed that it is there, yet it is akin to an ephiphany with no idea, we are none the wiser despite the mutual departure from our baselines. 


Perhaps as singular fragments of a dream state allow the packing away of a completed, conscious jigsaw puzzle, bringing enlightenment, then closure in its dismantling, or act as a gentle nudge to veer from a certain path, on to one that is more beneficial across time. A set of synchronicites should be viewed in the same way; a tool that we are blessed with in order to better understand our internal landscape, our shared landscape, and their coexistence. 


A connected dream realm, whether or not we know if we experience this at all is irrelevant. It is beyond us, as it should be. We know little of ourselves and more of others. Our inability as a collective, to know ourselves individually; without years of introspection is abysmal. The architecture of our self imposed society and its affect on our day to day lives thwarts us at every turn. Our cognitive limitations and defence mechanisms limit us, so we turn to creating artificial computers to assist us. It might be worth considering that we may all be 'None playable characters' in a holographic stimulation.

A game for the gods. 


From our origins to our oceans there is little we have explored and can agree on. If we are characters, elements of a dream of an entity, whether or not in our waking state or as an overarching simulacrum- simulation theory. Or a mere bridge to a AI machine stage of evolution. We need to accept that our time here as humans is brief, as brief as our subjective memories. We helped, as did the dinosaur.
