Golbon is a visual artist and a techno DJ from Tehran. Her debut EP album EKUR along with a single titled Lapse [Doomsday], came out under Low Noise Productions (CA) in July 2020. Her second EP, In the Name of Drums, will be published under Neu.Gravity record label in Feb. 2021. She also has two singles under Iranian record label Noise.A.Noise in 2019 and 2020. Golbon has been practicing as a visual artist before getting involved in the techno and experimental music scene. She is therefore, inevitably most attracted to manipulating the spaces and creating audiovisual installations.
Golbon has a doctorate of philosophy from the University of Ottawa, Canada. During her studies in Canada she showcased her art work and DJ-ed in various venues. 
Aside from performing electronic music and audiovisual sets in the past 5 years, she hosted a weekly radio show on Ottawa’s community radio CHUO.FM, Ottawa, Canada, and introduced new electronic music in DJ mixes in 2017 and 2018.

It’’s back to techno after last week’s drum and bass show and helping me Draw the Line it's Rayndu who’s from Warsaw in Poland. She usually roams between hypnotic, strong techno and energetic electro. For Draw The Line she’s created a mix in which almost all the tracks are by female producers. It is a deep and intensive techno journey, a bit raw, a bit melodic and a bit broken.

This is Draw The Line Radio Show with Jacki-e, presenting the best music from female producers and DJs.

Helping me Draw the Line this week with her guest mix in the second hour it's  SHARKA, a young DJ from Lithuania who is now based in London.  She began DJ-ing in 2019 whilst studying electronic music production. She prefers fast paced, hard, melodic, acid and industrial techno and  trance and a mixture of both genres. She's focused on becoming a successful DJ and producer This is the second time she’s been on the show.
