This DJ and producer from Seattle Washington has been mixing for almost 4 years. They've always been involved in music somehow whether it was playing instruments or producing music. DJing was something they took an interest in because of the ability to express themselves through transforming other people's art into something new and unique. They told me that the ability that DJing has to bring people together and make them happy is why they keep going. The community has helped them meet amazing friends, given them cool opportunities, and given them a sense of community. The most rewarding part about the whole thing is people coming up to them after a show to tell them they contributed to a good night!

Since starting in VR they've played at some events and venues including Diesel Works, Spyral, Raft, Googie records, Lower Levels, BCTO, an event in Chicago named dataNET, and Lyoko. They specifically wanted me to shout out their homies at Lyoko. Hi, lyoko crew hope you're doing well. 

When I asked them what genre they liked playing out they told me that no matter what they always find their way back to dubstep in one form or another. Today's mix is influenced by this DJ's love of music that makes their brain go brr. Sound design is super important to them. If a track can steal their attention away because of a goofy noise, they know they've found something they'll enjoy. This mix also includes tracks that were produced by members of the VRChat community! Their favorite song on today's mix is a track that Clyde Machine produced for Slopfest titled "Gods Don't Speak", which has some deep dub vibes that impressed them enough to yoink it for today. 

Outside of DJing, they enjoy doing anything that involves spending time with friends. Recently they've been saying Audience Freestyle is their favorite way of doing that; they said they didn't realize that improv acting could be so fun. 
They're also really good at Mario Kart and their favorite non edm song is Feels So Good by Chuck Mangione which was also one of their favorite songs as a kid. They wanted to give another quick shoutout to Lyoko. They have a lot of cool things happening this year.
