Loopy Lou is a talented emerging artist with a distinctive voice he can make wavy songs about fashion and in the same breath put out a edgy rock infused hip hop song and then give his fans a raw rap song with straight bars and punchlines over soulful beats. He can do it all. After the release of “Going Thru Hell Just To Win” he said “I don’t want to be in a box or labeled as the rapper that can only do one type of style. I reinvented myself for a reason.” 

All his music is reality rap. He gives people a vivid painted image of his life, the urban community, and what people had to go through around him. His from The Bronx, New York he moved to Connecticut for a while then moved back to New York City. 

Shuttling back and forward between both cities for years Loopy created local buzz with his debut mixtape 'Struggle And Grind'. Which released May 6, 2016 on all mixtape platforms. He spent day and night doing street promo. Which consisted of handing out flyers and CD's hand to hand. He also put posters up on local businesses to build the hype. That same year he set up a promo tour on the east coast all by himself. 

He also said in an interview “Hard work beats talent when talent isn’t working hard enough. Marketing and promo is the only way to become big. Having good music isn’t enough.” With his crazy work ethic and amazing creative sound I can honestly say he will be here for a long time.
