The first release on @edgenetwork is Spaceport Lounge Music, available April 30th! Edge Network is about creating connections between musicians to inspire and create new sounds. The first release features three longtime friends but new collaborators, Vitling, Halffish and DJ Sterni.

On this first release, Vitling takes us to outer space featuring remixes from Halffish and DJ Sterni. Spaceport Lounge Music is a synth-heavy, headnodic house track with a chunky groove. On the remix, Halffish picks up the tempo, embarking on an entrancing journey straight to the deepest outer reaches. With In-Flight Entertainment, Vitling drops a dreamy summer jam with a heavy beat, perfect for catching solar radiation in space stations as well as down on Earth. Wrapping it up with the second remix, DJ Sterni sits us down with a window seat at hyperspeed, giving us a bubbly and bright techy track with a perfect view of passing nebulae in full color.

Box 5ive from London is quite a new head in UK electronic scene, at the begining of the year he made a strong appearance on a Well Street Records various artists with a dark and groovy slomo bass belter which made us want to invite him on our infamous “Pr. Raoult Secret Weapons”. He also manage a show on Bristol’s Noods Radio and seems to have a peculiar interest for downtempo bass music weirdnesses.

Mithilfe der Initiativen DasIstLeipzig, Leipzig plus Kultur, Kreatives Leipzig e.V. und LiveKommbinat Leipzig e.V. beschloss der Stadtrat ein Budget von 200.000 Euro; elf Clubs und Livespielstätten organisierten ein fünfwöchiges Programm auf der Leipziger Festwiese. Amy Woyth hat mit Katrin Gruel, der Geschäftsführerin vom Werk 2, gesprochen, um herauszufinden, ob sich das Ganze gelohnt hat.
