I had a panic attack in Moorgate station the day before I wrote this song with Jules Konieczny. Sometimes we know there’s something wrong, but we can’t see what it is when we’re in the midst of it all. With hindsight, I wanted to offer a message of hope – time heals, and these feelings, no matter how complex, are shared by many. This song aims to be a companion for anyone navigating difficult emotional journeys. 🦋
