This project was more of a mixing exercise for a uni project- i made heavy use of MIDI instruments throughout. I was rather happy with the processing on the piano, especially as it was my first time working on piano, although my lecturer noted that the balance of the mix is off when the guitar comes in towards the end.

This project was a solo project played, recorded and mixed by myself. I've noticed that my guitar tone definitely needs improvement, the drums are maybe a little over compressed in the chorus and i struggled to get the rhythm guitar to sit in the mix- perhaps due to the tone. Additionally, i've noticed the mono compatibility is almost non existent due to using mid and side recording on the rythm guitar rather than double tracking.
