Madness scopre l'hip hop casualmente da molto giovane, come succede nella maggior parte dei casi.

I treni della stazioncina sotto casa sono bombardati, capita di vedere qualche frammento video di breakin' e di boogie tanto di moda negli anni '80, poi finalmente arriva in contatto con il Rap, questo grazie al classico di LL Cool j "B.A.D."

Da lì in poi la passione cresce, fino a sfociare nella scrittura delle prime rime, questo tra il '93 e il '94, "Strade di città" degli Articolo 31 e "SXM" dei Sanguemisto sono fortissime fonti di ispirazione.

Nel '96 Madness decide di registrare qualcosa, inizialmente sessioni casalinghe per poi passare a registrare in piccoli studi della capitale.

Nel '97 Conosce KD (che poi diventerà Misho delle Scimmie del deserto) con cui forma un duo dal nome Codice Personale, il duo realizza un demo.

I Codice Personale si fonderanno di lì a poco con una storica crew, gli RHNegativo, per dare vita ai DEFCODE, i quali registrano per la compilation "Eclissi" (Parcheggio abusivo / Good stuff).

Dopo quest'ultima esperienza, Madness viene a contatto con buona parte della scena romana e nazionale, mentre continua la sua gavetta da solista, fino a formare il gruppo Inquilini (la formazione iniziale era Madness, Kento, Profeta Matto, Mendoza, Maya Florez e Barry Convex). Con questa formazione, Madness produce il primo "Benvenuti nel paese dei mostri" (autoproduzione / distr. Vibra). In seguito l'Lp viene ristampato con l' aggiunta di tracce inedite dalla label Antibe music, esce quindi "Bentornati nel paese dei mostri" (Antibemusic / distr. Self). L'esperienza sotto l'etichetta Antibemusic termina con l'uscita di "Il mondo nuovo".

Madness partecipa anche all'ultimo disco degli Inquilini dal titolo "I mostri capito terzo", stavolta prodotto e distribuito da Goodfellas.

Nuovamente, il rappper decide di lasciare il gruppo per dedicarsi ai propri "ego-trips" artistici.

Nel 2007, In coppia col rapper leccese Darmon king, produce e mette in freedownload lo street album "Ruffneck Network".

Un anno dopo nasce l' affiliazione coi ragazzi del portale di Hano, per i quali realizza il disco "M.D.M.A.dness" e il seguente "M.D.M.A. viola - da 'ol maddy bastard", quest'ultimo non è altro che una versione totalmente remixata del precendente album con l' aggiunta di 4 inediti.

Al progetto partecipano mc's affermati della scena come: Primo Brown, Jesto, Suarez, Kento, Indo, Quinto mondo, BarryConvex, oltre che ad altri numerosi mc's sempre di ottimo livello, nonchè una nutrita schiera di beatmakers.

Madness solidifica il proprio stile di scrittura e di flow e acquisisce notevole esperienze portando un live showcase in giro per l'Italia assieme al suo dj Fuzz 10 (junglabeat crew).

Fanatico del fast rappin' e dell off beat Madness porta un flusso intricato del tutto personale.

"Suicidio" è il suo primo disco ufficiale, e rappresenta un passo successivo ed una notevole evoluzione se confrontato ai precendenti lavori.
