Some say the Promo Files are the most important body of work the hardcore scene has ever seen, captured in the legendary Last Man Standing album. And truth be told, when the first file dropped and the dust settled, people didn’t know what hit ‘em (some still don’t!). 

A unique collection of light meets dark, with influences from everywhere. Hailed for the file kick, celebrated for the floorfillers¬, and revered for the experiments. A complete anomaly in its days, that effortlessly stood the test of time. Promo had a vision for the sound of hardcore. There’s no bigger proof, then tracks like ‘What the Fuck’, ‘Vicious Circle’, ‘I Come Correct’ and… come on, do we need to continue? 

To honor the rightful Last Man Standing that is Promo in a deserving way, we created a unique project. 25 years of Promo files, 25 years of legendary tracks. To propel them into the here & now, we asked the biggest talents and larger than life legends to remix their favorite Promo track!
