Luminary (Introspective Reprice) 360P

750 days....That’s how long we had to postpone our debut as “Formerly” due to the epidemic.  

Originally programmed for April 11th, 2020, in Miami, just a month after the world shut down, we waited patiently for an end to the great pause that felt might never arrive.  In fact, the concept was almost all but abandoned by the four of us when we received the invitation to play at Robot Heart's historical Central Park debut: an opportunity to finally share our passion project together with everyone that was just too good to refuse. 

So without hesitation, we accepted, getting right to work preparing, and after a three-day music session together in Bushwick on May 1st, 2022, we emerged  for our premier; at last, together with a crowd full of Friends & Family and hosted by our brothers at RH precisely 750 days after initially planned. 

All we can say is it was worth the wait. 

Thank you to RH, NYC, and all our fans for joining us on this new adventure.   Hope to catch you all on dance floors soon.

En nuestro primer release en digital, 5 Universos Records les presenta 4 tracks de distintos artistas desarrollando proyectos de musica electronica en la escena Chilena. 

'Como un Lunes 3', hace mantener vivo recuerdos de la vida, manifestando el presente con esperanza de encontrar alguna señal que vale la pena arriesgar.

'Caracteres Rítmicos' es un homenaje a la obra de Joan Miró, bajo este mismo nombre.

`Chiu Chiu` hace referencia al Kunza atacameño donde ambos productores intentan reflejar la memoria de un lugar que el tiempo congeló en medio de el desierto.

`Regresión` es un track que refleja sonidos con un groove hipnótico y con un hermoso vocal japonés que acompañan a la melodia.

What more could we have wished for our b2b debut on the Robot Heart bus at this year's Burning Man?

As if the sunrise set slot on Friday morning wasn’t already enough of an honor, we all got blessed with the mind-blowing Drone show from Studio Drift while the sky slowly turned blue and red in the morning shimmer. 

Thinking back about this surreal moment still fills us with speechlessness and goosebumps.

Indeed this year's Burning Man theme was spot on: Waking Dreams all around us.

Sébastien Léger - Quand je serai seul

“On sacred Colombian territory we entered a challenging and rewarding adventure that will help us deconstruct limiting beliefs to access and ignite our authentic self.” (Re-treated)

It was night time and the full-ish moon was smiling down as the river flowed and all the creatures made their distinct sounds. A fire warmed our bodies as music feed our souls. 

Inspired by the human experience that unfolded in a beautiful container surrounded by Mother Nature. This set was a celebration of the journey’s ending … or was it the just beginning ;) I was in a complete flow state, I knew two tracks I wanted to start with and two towards the end. Tunes were pulled from many different pockets of my collection.

On the property was an amazing labyrinth. Our journey and realizations through it weaved their way into this set. I later googled life and labyrinth and found this:  

“Our life path can be viewed as a labyrinth guiding us to deeper meaning and fulfillment. Walking a labyrinth takes us through numerous twists and turns that symbolize the ebb and flow of life. Like the design of a labyrinth, what looks like an end point in life can also be a beginning point.” (link below)

I’m now obsessed with labyrinths!!! Thus the title of this release.

We met Patrick (Lost Desert) and Sandra on a sunny spring afternoon in Brooklyn on the day we were playing for the ZERO Masquerade! and one thing was crystal clear from that point onwards: they are the type of people you feel like you've known deeply for many lifetimes. over and over.

Fast forward a year and a bit later and here we are remixing his track with Simon Vuarambon for his new born label Souksonic.
