My career began at age 17 (i had not yet completed my studies in piano at the Conservatory G. Rossini in Pesaro), performing with my band in front of King Hussein of Jordan, where i stayed for three months of concerts. Returned to Italy after graduating from the Conservatory, i worked for Alfredo Rossi (ARISTON MUSIC, publisher of Matia Bazar, Mannoia etc. ..) at the same time develops my activity live Piano and Voice in Rome at Open Gate, owner Alberigo Crocetta ( owner also of the PIPER and Patty Pravo). Stay in Rome lasted and this allows me to work in television. Work on Rai Due in afternoon programs as musical entertainer with Fabrizio Frizzi and Rita Dalla Chiesa under the supervision of a dear friend Ezio Zefferi, then Director of RAI. He works and writes music for TG2 SPORT, with the Director at the time, Beppe Berti. In the same year (1983) i released my first single with EMI Italian "Sweet Annie", a project curated by AR manager, Roberto Magrini, who finds myself a few years after the RTI Music and then at Sony Music. In Rome working with Marisa Laurito for a program of RAI on Neapolitan song, for this purpose studied diction of Neapolitan singing with Maria Scicolone (sister of the most famous Sophia Loren and mother of Alessandra Mussolini, which participate in a movie and not the first and only experience for me in the film). My musical creativity takes the form of writing an album. In Rimini, in 1987 work began recording all 'Heaven Studio Mario Flores, creative workshop and forge musical projects in which they were born to dance Claudio Cecchetto. The disc album "Wandering Dreamers" working musicians of the highest caliber, my friends. The album is released with the label Nar / RICORDI, start the promotional activities of 400 private radio stations, RDS, Radio Rai Uno and Rai TV and TWO, Telemontecarlo and VideoMusic. Work continues to live at the Living Room of Monaco, SIXTH SENSE CLUB (Desenzano DG) and many other important clubs in Italy from Bolzano to Sicily, opened the FIRST FLOOR (born from my idea), the space dedicated to music live the legendary Paradiso in Rimini, the curtain will artifice of indimendicabili evenings. Many trips around Europe is enabling me to draw new songs which later will become in the album titled "Like a greatest hits" where i sing in Italian, English, and Danish ( Denmark is my second home) the album is published by RTIMusic. In the same period i collaborated with my friend Ivan Graziani, with whom i share artistic experiences until his death (as a reminder, the album LIVE, i will dedicate a highly personal reworking of Lugano Addio) Before starting the 3rd album in the pipeline, the RTIMusic propose me to publish a CD single titled "THE TRAIN" (it was a summer hit 1995, an hit on  RTL radio). To promote the event, SNDMUSIC staff  decides to take a train of 800 on the promenade of Rimini, the conference shall be carried out on board while the train travels along the seafront, in July, among the astonished gaze of tourists, escorted by motion of the State Police, a scene worthy of the great Federico Fellini! After the single RTIMusic released the CD VIVO-feeling (VIVO-Feeling is a reworking in funky style, with text written in Italian by me of Feelings Morris Albert). This new work is developed in Bologna in the upper room of Lucio Dalla, who gave him to use his song "CARA" to an original version contained the same album. Artistic director of the recording project is Marcello Balestra, now AR manager Warner Music Italy, has joined him with a staff of young musicians with me makes a hard-sounding sophisticated and innovative. The work is published by RTIMusic. The promotion is carried out on hundreds of private radio stations in Italy and the collaboration of Radio Italy, Rai International Radio and Radio Rai 1 and 2 channel. For television are made three clips: "VIVO", "VOLO" and "VIOLA" that are programmed by the main TV channels of music videos. I take a break and move to the north of Denmark, where i continue my live performances in clubs, and began to write a novel. Here mature, following the approval of the public, my work VIVOFeeling , the idea of ​​publishing in the Scandinavian countries this CD. I speak with Roberto Magrini, who has since passed on Sony Music / S4, which is enthusiastic about the proposal and Romano Razzini is activated for the new edition of VIVOFeeling, with a new look. Since 2000, i'm also involved, as Artistic Director of the national project for emerging artists BALLABELLARADIO FESTIVAL. In 2008 i released my fourth album titled Sorpresi dal Vento, seen in songs Elgha and Un Salto e Volo collaboration with the great Brian Auger,  the best Hammond Organ player of world. In 2011, i released my fifth album entitled La Filosofia del CAM. Sndmusic, the record label that produces and publishes my works, triggers a massive campaign of radio promotion that sees the La Filosofia del CAM single and the Ragazza Svedese single  transmitted more than 1,000 radio as a national radio RAI UNO, Isoradio WebRadio8, regional, local and web. Programming supported and disseminated through the use of the leading social Facebook and Twitter. Of these songs were made videos that are available on Youtube. In january 2013 it released a new single MIO FIGLIO with a new video produced in New York.

La sua carriera inizia a 17 anni,( non aveva ancora terminato gli studi di pianoforte principale al Conservatorio G.Rossini di Pesaro), esibendosi con il suo gruppo davanti a RE HUSSEIN di Giordania, dove si trattiene per 3 mesi di concerti. Rientra in Italia e dopo il diploma al Conservatorio, lavora per Alfredo Rossi ( ARISTON MUSIC, quella dei Matia Bazar, Mannoia ecc..) in contemporanea sviluppa la sua attività live Piano e Voce a Roma all’Open Gate, locale di Alberigo Crocetta (quello del PIPER e di Patty Pravo). La sua permanenza a Roma si protrae e questo gli permette di lavorare in televisione. Lavora a Rai Due in programmi pomeridiani come intrattenitore musicale insieme a Fabrizio Frizzi e Rita Dalla Chiesa con la supervisione del carissimo amico Ezio Zefferi, allora Direttore di RAIDUE.Lavora e scrive musiche per il TG2 SPORT, con il Direttore di allora Beppe Berti. Nello stesso anno (1983) pubblica il suo primo singolo con la EMI Italiana “Dolce Annie”Progetto curato dal discografico Roberto Magrini, che ritroverà qualche anno dopo alla RTI Music e poi alla Sony Music. A Roma collabora con Marisa Laurito per un programma di RAIDUE sulla canzone napoletana, a questo scopo studia dizione di canto napoletano con Maria Scicolone (sorella della più nota Sofia Loren e madre di Alessandra Mussolini, con la quale partecipa ad un film e non è la prima ed unica esperienza di Lorenzo nel mondo del cinema). La sua creatività musicale si concretizza con la scrittura di un album. A Rimini, nel 1987 iniziano i lavori di registrazione all’ Heaven Studio di Mario Flores, laboratorio creativoe fucina musicale in cui sono nati i progetti dance di Claudio Cecchetto. Al disco album “Sognatori Erranti” lavorano musicisti di altissimo calibro, amici di Lorenzo. Il disco viene puubblicato con l'etichetta Nar/Ricordi, inizia l'attività promozionale su 400 emittenti private, RDS, Radio Rai Uno e DUE e Rai TV, Telemontecarlo e VideoMusic.  Prosegue l’attività live di Lorenzo al Living Room di Montecarlo, SESTO SENSO CLUB(Desenzano D.G.) e tanti altri importanti clubs d’Italia da Bolzano alla Sicilia, di seguito inaugura  il PRIMO PIANO (nato da una sua idea), lo spazio dedicato alla musica live del mitico PARADISO di RIMINI , sipario che lo vedrà artifice di indimendicabili serate. La mente artistica di Lorenzo e i tanti viaggi che fa in giro per l’Europa gli consentono di  elaborare nuovi brani che  successivamente si trasformeranno nell’album dal titolo “Like  a greatest hits”  dove canta in italiano, in inglese, e in lingua danese ( la Danimarca è la sua seconda patria) l’album è pubblicato da RTIMusic Nello stesso periodo collabora con l’amico Ivan Graziani  con il quale condivide esperienze artistiche fino alla, purtroppo, sua scomparsa ( per ricordarlo, nell’album VIVO, Lorenzo gli dedicherà una sua personalissima rielaborazione di Lugano Addio) Prima di mettere in cantiere il 3° album, la RTIMusic gli propone di pubblicare un CD singolo dal titolo “IL TRENO” ( è stata una hit dell’estate 1995, programmatissima da RTL). Per promuovere l’evento discografico lo staff di SNDMUSIC decide di portare un treno di fine ‘800 sul Lungomare di Rimini  la conferenza stampa viene effettuata a bordo, mentre il Treno viaggia sul lungomare,  a luglio, tra gli sguardi stupefatti dei turisti,  scortata dalle moto della Polizia di Stato, Una scena degna del Grande Federico Fellini!Dopo il singolo RTIMusic pubblica l’album CD Vivo –feeling, ( Vivo Feeling è una rielaborazione in stile funky con testo scritto in italiano da Lorenzo Piani di Feelings di Morris Albert). Questo nuovo lavoro si sviluppa a Bologna nel cenacolo di Lucio Dalla, che gli concede di  utilizzare il suo brano “Cara” per una versione originale contenuta nel medesimo album. Responsabile artistico del progetto discografico è Marcello Balestra, allora editor di Dalla, ora AR manager Warner Music Italy, che lo affianca ad uno staff  di giovani musicisti con i quali Lorenzo realizza un  disco dalle sonorità ricercate e innovative.
