In the midst of questions or deconstructing religion, one thing anchors me, and that is love, divine love, no matter what else may fade away, love is what matters, love is all that is essential. It was a gift that I learned from my father and continue to hold onto and aspire to.

This is for Morgan and the Sophia Sisterhood, and all the healing work we do to reclaim our power, step into our whole selves. For in healing ourselves, we heal the world. Wild and holy.

Having her life turned upside down and manipulated to give up music left deep wounds, it was during this time that yoga saved her life and she became aware of her reality - that she was being spiritually abused. After taking her voice and her life back she braved the new path of recovery and healing, reslience and finding her voice again.
